The story
Cleveland County-rooted. Built for every stage.
I grew up in Cleveland County, North Carolina — a place where community, faith, and hard work are non-negotiable values. That upbringing shaped everything about how I build: with durability in mind, with the community at the center, and with an eye toward the generations that come next.
My path has moved through nonprofit governance, justice-system advocacy, and creative brand work — giving me an integrated perspective that most consultants simply don't carry. I've seen what happens when organizations grow without structure, when missions fade because the paperwork wasn't right, and when a story goes untold because no one built the language for it.
JaiSellers Companies is my answer to all of that. A studio where governance, design, and justice work don't live in separate silos — they reinforce each other.
